Yes. Alpaca utilizes a third party that sends out client notifications about
upcoming voluntary corporate actions. These client notifications are sent to
the email address listed under the client’s account number.

These email notifications provide all of the information and documentation
for these voluntary events. Clients will also receive a link that allows them
to make an election, if they choose.

Client notifications will NOT be sent out to clients under special
circumstances where the underlying company does not provide the
necessary information to our third party.
